We may collect: name, email address, phone number, address or service location, appliance brand/model/serial numbers, uploaded images and documents, service history, portal usage data, and information submitted through our website quote or service-request forms.

2. How We Use Information
We use data to provide appliance service, generate appliance health scores, store appliance records, improve system reliability, and communicate with customers. We do not sell personal data.

Information submitted through our website quote or service-request forms may be used to review the requested appliance service, contact the customer, prepare estimates, coordinate scheduling, and provide service updates and customer support.

3. AI Processing
Images and appliance data may be processed by automated systems to extract appliance information. This is used solely to provide service functionality.

4. Storage and Security
Data is stored using secure cloud infrastructure. We implement reasonable safeguards to protect information.

5. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share information with service providers necessary to operate the platform and with legal authorities if required by law.

6. Your Rights
You may request access to your data, correction of data, or deletion of data. Contact us to request changes.

7. Data Retention
We retain data as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal obligations.

9. SMS Communication and Privacy
Gold Standard Appliance LLC uses SMS messaging strictly for service-related communications. This policy is publicly viewable; no signature or acknowledgment is required to read it.

Phone numbers may be used for service-related SMS only when the customer provides consent by checking the optional SMS consent checkbox on our website service-request form. The checkbox is unchecked by default. SMS consent is optional and is not required to purchase services. Providing a phone number alone does not opt you in to text messages.

If you opt in, messages may include appointment scheduling, service updates, technician arrival notifications, estimates, and customer support.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

SMS consent and phone numbers are not shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Service providers may process this data only as needed to provide Gold Standard Appliance services.
